How can I help you improve your health?

I'm a Physiotherapist specialising in musculoskeletal conditions with a real passion for helping people. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiotherapy since 2015, and I'm a member of HCPC, CSP, and ACPIVR. I have experience working in different settings, from hospitals and private practices to sports clubs, both in the UK and Greece.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with diverse and special populations, including children with physical and mental disabilities, young athletes in local football academies, and a multidisciplinary team training and developing professional and semi-professional football goalkeepers.

In addition to my work experience, I am committed to ongoing professional development and have completed various continuing professional development courses on musculoskeletal physiotherapy. I have also passed the credentialing Examination in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy by the McKenzie institute international in 2019 and am trained in vestibular rehabilitation and NLP.

I am skilled in soft tissue, spinal and peripheral joint manipulations and due to my advanced clinical skills, I am able to provide accurate diagnoses and develop individualised treatment plans that are evidence-based and tailored to each patient's unique needs.

Additionally, I hold a Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training and Level 3 Award in Nutrition and have completed courses in strength and conditioning for therapists. My approach to patient care is holistic, targeting the root cause of the problem rather than just the symptoms.

Whether you are recovering from a sports injury, managing chronic pain, or seeking to improve your physical health, I am committed to providing you with high-quality, patient-centred care.

How can I help you improve your health?

I gained my Physiotherapy qualification in 2008. Since then I have worked in private hospitals and clinics gaining experience in musculoskeletal, orthopaedics, respiratory and neurology. Over the last 10 years, I became a specialist in musculoskeletal physiotherapy working with a wide variety of cases, including but not limited to; sports injuries, pre and post-natal care, posture-related pain, tendinopathies, road traffic accidents, pre and post-operative care etc.

My treatment approach is patient-centred and holistic allowing me to get to the root of your pain. Fifteen-plus years working in the physiotherapy field provides me with a wealth of experience and knowledge to help you get back in action. On top of this, many years of participating in high-level competitive sports, combined with a connective tissue disorder, allows me to fully empathise with most types of injury or pain you feel, as I have most likely also experienced it at some point!

Treatment modalities I commonly use based on individual patient needs are - hands-on treatment, exercise prescription, mobilisation, acupuncture, and education with full support and guidance along the way. My background in personal training as well as teaching and practising pilates, yoga, capoeira and gymnastics lends itself to thorough, varied and effective knowledge of exercise and movement to help you return to full function.
