Welcome to East Point Fitness and Wellbeing Centre

The centre contains free weights, cardio machines and even has a dedicated functional training room. If group exercise is more your thing, we offer a range of daily exercise classes. Our indoor and outdoor facilities can be also be hired for a variety of team sports.

Combined with an initial induction and a personalised programme from one of our team members, we'll help you to achieve the healthier lifestyle you deserve.
