Denham Health Spa offers a comprehensive range of health & fitness services to both on-site corporate residents and members of the public.

As well as a fully equipped, modern gym, our 15 metre pool is perfect for a casual dip. Our air-conditioned studio hosts a range of daily exercise classes.
