Mr Sean Hughes qualified from King's College Hospital Medical School, London in l995. He was trained in London, Sussex and Surrey, culminating in Trauma and Upper Limb fellowships in New Zealand and Guildford, before taking up his Consultant appointment at the Royal Surrey County Hospital, Guildford.
He specialises in musculoskeletal trauma and upper limb conditions. He is a Faculty Member of the Damage Control Orthopaedic Trauma surgery course at the Royal College of Surgeons, London. He has served with the Royal Navy as a Consultant Orthopaedic Trauma Surgeon.
