Mr Pedro Foguet-Subirana is a fellowship-trained consultant orthopaedic surgeon specialising in advanced lower limb reconstruction. Based in Warwickshire, he offers expert private orthopaedic care at Nuffield Health Warwickshire Hospital, serving patients from across Leamington Spa, Coventry, Rugby and the wider West Midlands region. As a high-volume joint replacement specialist, Mr Foguet-Subirana performs over 250 to 300 primary and revision hip and knee surgeries annually, combining extensive clinical experience with pioneering surgical techniques to achieve optimum functional outcomes for his patients.
 
With a dedicated focus on precision medicine, Mr Foguet-Subirana is a leading provider of robotic-arm assisted hip and knee replacements using state-of-the-art Mako SmartRobotics™ technology. He serves as a Consultant Orthopaedic and Trauma Surgeon at the University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust (UHCW), where he has previously chaired the Orthopaedic Department and led clinical initiatives on VTE prevention. Deeply committed to medical education and research, he held an Honorary Associate Clinical Professorship at Warwick Medical School while leading the “Managing Lower Limb Pain” module for one of the Masters programs ran by the University. He is also a founding member of the Bone Infection Group Coventry & Warwickshire (BIGCOW), a MDT specialising in the management of peri-prosthetic joint infections. Through his interest on the field of musculoskeletal infections he was the chair of the working group assembled with the purpose of creating the British Bone and Joint Infection Society (BAJIS) of which he was one of the founding members too.
