About
Mr Manu Sood (MS, MCh Plast, FRCS Plast) is a highly experienced Consultant Plastic and Hand Surgeon with a specialist practice spanning more than three decades. He has been practising since 1986, offering advanced reconstructive, aesthetic and hand surgery at Nuffield Health Brentwood Hospital.
Mr Sood is based at the internationally renowned St Andrew’s Centre for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, one of the UK’s leading specialist units. His clinical expertise covers breast surgery, facial plastic surgery, body contouring, skin cancer surgery, and complex hand and nerve surgery, including reconstruction following trauma and congenital abnormalities.
His areas of interest further include skin cancer management, treating basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma and melanoma, as well as the removal of moles, cysts and benign lesions.
At Nuffield Health Brentwood Hospital, Mr Sood offers a full range of cosmetic, reconstructive and hand surgery procedures, supported by modern facilities and a multidisciplinary team. His practice is known for its precision, safety‑focused approach and natural aesthetic outcomes.

He is the co‑founder of the Mentor Cosmetic Fellowship, one of only two UK posts dedicated to advanced cosmetic surgery training for senior trainees.
