About

Mr Saeed is a highly experienced, fellowship‑trained Spinal Neurosurgeon who has been a Consultant at New Cross Hospital since 2011. He completed his neurosurgical training at Salford Royal Hospital in Manchester, followed by advanced spinal fellowships at two major UK centres: the Queen’s Medical Centre in Nottingham and The Walton Centre for Neurology and Neurosurgery in Liverpool. He further broadened his expertise by spending time at the internationally recognised Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix, Arizona.


Mr Saeed has extensive experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of spinal conditions. He specialises in managing back, leg, neck, and arm pain, often caused by disc problems and nerve compression.


He offers a full range of evidence‑based treatments, including advanced spinal injections to help reduce pain and improve mobility. When surgery is required, he is skilled in minimally invasive and microscopic spinal techniques, which are designed to support faster recovery and reduce postoperative discomfort.
