About

Mr John Hadley is a highly experienced ENT–Head and Neck surgeon, with over 25 years as a Consultant at Ashford St. Peter’s NHS Foundation Trust and the Royal Surrey County Hospital. He also offers private care across Surrey, primarily at The Runnymede Hospital.

His academic background includes undergraduate studies at King’s College, Cambridge, followed by postgraduate medical training at New College, Oxford and the John Radcliffe Hospital. His surgical training spans general surgery in Poole, plastic surgery at Mount Vernon Hospital, and ENT specialisation at leading institutions including Charing Cross Hospital, the Royal National Throat, Nose and Ear Hospital, Great Ormond Street Hospital, Hackney Children's Hospital, and the Royal London Hospital. He also undertook a visiting fellowship at Queen Mary Hospital in Hong Kong, and holds a Certificate of Completion of Specialist Training in Head and Neck Surgery.

Beyond clinical practice, Mr Hadley holds an MA in Law from Cambridge University, an Expert Witness Certificate from Cardiff University, and an MBA from the Open University Business School. He served as National Lead for Outpatients in the Get It Right First Time programme and remains actively involved in NHSI/E transformation initiatives.
