About
Mr Izadi is a multi-award-winning consultant plastic surgeon based in the Midlands. He is on the Specialist Register of the General Medical Council for Plastic Surgery. He offers holistic tailor-made treatments and strives for excellent results.
He specialises in the full remit of aesthetic surgery. He is fellowship trained in aesthetic surgery and rhinoplasty and is a full member of the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS) and the British Association of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS).
Mr Izadi subspecialises in hand and peripheral nerve surgery. He completed a hand surgery fellowship at the Pulvertaft Hand Centre, a spasticity surgery fellowship at Institut de la Main in Paris and a global hand surgery fellowship in Sierra Leone. He is a Fellow of the British Society for Surgery of the Hand (BSSH) and a Fellow of the European Board of Hand Surgery. He sits on the National Overseas Committee of BSSH.
Mr Izadi is the education lead for plastic surgery at University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire. He is a member of the national committee for appointment of new plastic surgery training doctors. In 2022 he received the prestigious award for Best Plastic Surgery Trainer in the U.K.
Mr Izadi's consultation fees for new patients are:
£175 - 30 minutes (to discuss one procedure)
£225 - 45 minutes (to discuss two procedures)
£275 - 60 minutes (for more complex discussions).
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please provide us with 24 hours advance notice. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation or no show fee of £50.

Research
Mr Izadi qualified from Cambridge University in 2004 with honours. He spent time as a Clinical Research Fellow at Oxford University investigating the pathobiology of Dupuytren’s disease. His research was recognised with the award of the International Dupuytren’s Prize for the best global research paper in the field. Mr Izadi has been awarded several research grants, has served as a committee member of the Reconstructive Surgical Trial Network. He has been on the steering group for national research projects on breast and hand surgery. To date Mr Izadi has published over 40 peer reviewed articles and book chapters across a wide range of topics. He has presented his research at over 65 national and international meetings, including as invited faculty. He has organised several regional meetings on aesthetic, plastic and hand surgery topics. In 2022 Mr Izadi was a member of the scientific committee, helping to organise and run the scientific hybrid program for the International Federation for Societies of Surgery of the Hand (IFSSH) - the largest and most prestigious hand surgery conference in the world. |
