About
Mr Hanna has been a consultant orthopaedic surgeon in North Wales since 2007. He specialises in knee and hip replacement surgery and sports injury surgery of the knee and the shoulder. He provides expertise in partial knee replacement surgery, knee ligament reconstruction and arthroscopic knee surgery.
Mr Hanna performs a range of elective orthopaedic surgeries: arthroscopic knee surgery including meniscal repair and meniscectomy, cartilage lesion surgery, cruciate ligament reconstruction, patella stabilisation surgery, removal of foreign bodies and washouts, patella tendon decompression for patella tendonitis. Knee surgery specialising in all types of partial knee replacement, total knee replacement. Hip surgery including total hip replacement. Arthroscopic shoulder surgery including rotator cuff repair, decompression, shoulder stabilisation and frozen shoulder treatment.
Mr Hanna is a general orthopaedic and trauma surgeon, through his further training and higher degree he has specialised in sports injury and knee and shoulder surgery. His fellowship in North America increased his knowledge and expertise in this field which allowed him to provide a service to the people of North Wales.
