About
Mr Malhotra is a Consultant Orthopaedic Hand and Wrist Surgeon with specialist training on the prestigious Stoke–Oswestry rotation. He completed advanced fellowships at the Pulvertaft Hand Centre in Derby, the Institut de la Main in Paris, and Ganga Hospital in India, focusing on complex hand surgery, peripheral nerve injuries, and upper limb spasticity.He specialises in the management of hand and wrist trauma, elective conditions, and nerve injuries, including brachial plexus injury, as well as spasticity in post‑stroke and cerebral palsy patients. His practice includes carpal and cubital tunnel surgery, dupuytren’s treatment, basal thumb arthritis procedures, trigger finger release, arthroscopic wrist surgery, endoscopic carpal tunnel decompression, and hand and wrist joint replacement.
Where appropriate, patients may benefit from having their procedures performed under awake regional anaesthesia, allowing for quicker recovery and a more comfortable experience.
