Mr Ahmed Abdelrahman

Mr Ahmed Abdelrahman is a Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon at Nuffield Health Warwickshire Hospital and University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust (UHCW), with a specialist interest in complex oral surgery, wisdom tooth removal, oral lesions, persistent mouth ulcers, facial swellings, salivary gland disorders and head and neck cancer surgery.

Dual qualified in both Medicine and Dentistry, Mr Abdelrahman completed higher surgical training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery before undertaking an Advanced Head and Neck Oncology and Microvascular Reconstruction Fellowship at Liverpool University Hospitals.

At Nuffield Health Warwickshire Hospital, he provides expert assessment and treatment for patients requiring complex oral surgery, including wisdom tooth removal, management of impacted teeth, investigation of oral lesions, treatment of benign oral and facial swellings, persistent mouth ulcers, salivary gland conditions and other complex oral health problems. He also manages patients with neck lumps, facial skin cancer and head and neck cancer, offering specialist surgical treatment and reconstruction where required.

Mr Abdelrahman is Clinical Lead for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire, Regional OMFS Education Lead for the West Midlands and Trust QOMS Lead. He provides specialist care for patients across Warwickshire, Coventry and the wider West Midlands and is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care with clear communication and timely access to treatment, working closely with patients and referring clinicians to achieve the best possible outcomes.
