Miss Georgina Fraser

Georgina Fraser read medicine at University College London. She then went on to complete her specialist general training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in London with advanced certification in Urogynaecology, (a sub specialty of Gynaecology that covers urinary incontinence, vaginal prolapse, urinary tract infections, bladder pain and pelvic floor injury after childbirth).

Throughout her career, Georgina has been interested in improving all aspects of care within women’s health. She is focused on prevention of women’s health problems and is particularly interested in perineal issues post childbirth and also vaginal prolapse and urinary problems. Georgina is also trained in supporting and treating individuals who struggle with menopausal symptoms.

"I am interested in all aspects of women’s heath, in particular supporting and educating women following having children on how to improve their health in a holistic manner."

As well as having a private gynaecological practice Georgina has a busy NHS practice as a Consultant at St. Richard's hospital Chichester where she leads the urogynaecology  service.

Georgina has an approachable manner with a broad understanding of health problems facing women. During her consultations Georgina is able to advise on menstrual problems, pelvic pain and other gynaecological concerns. Georgina is able to perform a variety of surgical procedures in these areas.

Outside of the NHS she has a young family and dog, living in rural Hampshire. She is a keen runner and skier and likes to keep healthy and fit.
