About
After completing his basic ophthalmic training at the Aravind Eye Network Dr Koshy underwent higher specialist training in Glasgow followed by fellowships in surgical retina and medical retina in Glasgow and Newcastle. He is in charge of postgraduate training in the department and sits on the West of Scotland training committee.
Dr Koshy specialises in cataract surgery at Nuffield Health Glasgow Hospital.

Besides personal research projects, Dr Koshy participated in multi-centre research trials and is currently the principal investigator in a multi-centre trial studying diabetic macular oedema. He has published over 50 papers, publications and posters at various national and international events.
