About
Dr Saini is an experienced GP who provides thorough, patient‑centred care for people of all ages. He combines evidence‑based medicine with a holistic approach, taking time to understand each patient’s lifestyle, concerns and overall wellbeing.
He completed his medical degree (MBChB) at the University of Manchester in 2012, after first gaining a BSc in Neuroscience. His early medical training took place at New Cross Hospital and Walsall Manor Hospital, followed by GP training at Royal Bolton Hospital. He qualified as a GP in 2017.
Dr Saini has worked across a wide range of practices in Wolverhampton, Cannock, Stafford and Walsall, including roles leading multi‑disciplinary teams. He is currently a Salaried GP at Weeping Cross Health Centre.
He has a strong interest in lifestyle medicine and is completing accreditation with the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine. His focus is on identifying the root causes of health problems and using proven lifestyle changes to support long‑term health.
He also has extensive experience in diabetes care and holds a Certificate in Diabetic Care from Warwick University.

- Lifestyle Medicine: Dr Saini is currently enrolled in the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine Core Accreditation, reflecting his growing passion for preventative healthcare and helping patients make sustainable lifestyle changes. He believes in addressing the root causes of health issues through evidence-based lifestyle interventions including nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management and social connection.
- Diabetic Care: Extensive experience in the monitoring and management of complex diabetic patients, with a Certificate in Diabetic Care from Warwick University (2019).
- Elderly Care: Particular interest in the comprehensive healthcare needs of older patients.

Personal interests
Outside of his clinical work, Dr Saini enjoys spending quality time with his young family, including his newborn baby.
