About

Dr Mariana Noy is a Consultant Dermatologist at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, specialising in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of skin conditions, including skin cancer, psoriasis, eczema and inflammatory skin disorders. She provides expert care for both routine and urgent dermatology concerns, helping patients manage symptoms and improve long-term skin health.
 
Dr Noy sees patients with a variety of skin problems, from common conditions such as acne and eczema to more complex or urgent issues requiring specialist investigation. She offers a full range of treatments, including medical therapies and skin cancer surgery, tailoring her approach to each patient’s individual needs.
 
In addition to general dermatology clinics, Dr Noy leads specialist services in emergency dermatology, skin cancer and teledermatology, ensuring patients can access timely and effective care. She combines clinical expertise with modern approaches to diagnosis and treatment to achieve the best possible outcomes.
 
Dr Noy completed her medical training at University College London, graduating with distinction, and undertook specialist dermatology training at leading London centres including Chelsea and Westminster and University College London Hospitals. She has developed extensive experience managing both common and complex skin conditions within a busy teaching hospital environment.
 
Alongside her clinical work, Dr Noy is actively involved in research, leading clinical trials into new treatments for conditions such as psoriasis and atopic dermatitis. She is also committed to medical education and currently serves as Training Programme Director for dermatology trainees.
 
Dr Noy is dedicated to providing high-quality, personalised care. She works closely with patients to understand their concerns, explain diagnoses clearly and guide them through the most appropriate treatment options, helping them feel confident in their care and outcomes.

Having graduated with distinction from University College London Medical School in 2010, Dr Noy subsequently went on to successfully complete her specialist training in Dermatology at Chelsea and Westminster and University College London Hospitals. 

Dr Noy works as a Consultant Dermatologist at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital where she leads clinics in general and emergency dermatology, skin cancer and teledermatology, as well performing skin cancer surgery. 

In addition, Dr Noy maintains a keen interest in clinical research, overseeing clinical trials of novel therapeutic agents for the treatment of psoriasis and atopic dermatitis, and is passionate about medical education, serving as the local training programme director for the trainee dermatologists at Chelsea and Westminster hospital.
