About
Dr Mandal is a Consultant Haematologist at the Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust. She completed her medical degree in 2004 in Kolkata, India, before moving to the UK for further specialist training. She achieved MRCP (Membership of the Royal College of Physicians) in 2009 and FRCPath (Fellowship of the Royal College of Pathologists) in 2015. She has been practising as a Consultant Haematologist in the UK since 2016.
She has extensive experience in diagnosing and managing a wide range of haematological conditions, including both malignant (cancerous) and non‑malignant (non‑cancerous) blood disorders. Her specialist interests include lymphomas (cancers of the lymphatic system) and CLL – Chronic Lymphocytic Leukaemia, a type of slow‑growing blood cancer.
Dr Mandal provides comprehensive care for patients, combining up‑to‑date clinical knowledge with a clear and supportive approach to treatment.
