Dr Parekh is committed to delivering a high-quality, holistic approach to managing the health and wellbeing of her patients. Her practice focuses on understanding each patient as a whole, addressing not only immediate health concerns but also promoting long-term wellness.
With a particular interest in lifestyle medicine, Dr Parekh is passionate about empowering her patients to make meaningful changes to their nutrition and lifestyle. She believes that these adjustments can play a vital role in improving health outcomes and preventing chronic diseases.
Dr Parekh is highly experienced in all aspects of general practice, including women’s health and the health of children. She qualified from Guys and St Thomas’ Medical School in 2004 and subsequently gained experience across a variety of medical and surgical specialties while working in teaching hospitals in London. This broad exposure provided her with a comprehensive foundation in medicine.
Choosing to focus her career on general practice, Dr Parekh values the wide-ranging knowledge and expertise required in this field. She has been practising as an NHS GP since 2009, where she continues to apply her holistic philosophy and clinical experience to the benefit of her patients.
