Dr Heather Lambert

Dr Heather Lambert is an experienced GP and British Menopause Society (BMS) menopause specialist dedicated to improving women's health and quality of life.

After graduating from Peninsula Medical School, Dr Lambert completed her training in the North Hampshire area where she continues to practice as a GP. 

She has a keen interest in women's health, menopause and contraception. Dr Lambert is passionate about empowering women to take control of their health through personalised care. 

She has worked as a menopause specialist in the private sector for many years and holds the Advanced Certificate in Menopause Care, as well as the Diploma of the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology and the Diploma of the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health. She is trained to fit contraceptive coils and implants.

Alongside her menopause work, Dr Lambert continues to work as a GP and has worked within gynaecology, which has given her breadth of knowledge of women's, sexual and general health conditions. 

Dr Lambert believes in the importance of individualised care in the menopause and a holistic approach to wellbeing and health in the menopause and beyond.
