Dr Gregory Parkins is a Consultant Dermatologist and Mohs surgeon based at Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow and West Glasgow ACH. Dr Parkins consults on all General Dermatology conditions including eczema, psoriasis and acne, as well as treating benign and malignant skin lesions.
As part of his training, he undertook a fellowship in skin cancer and cutaneous surgery where he gained extensive experience in removing facial tumours often requiring complex reconstruction. In his NHS practice, he performs Mohs’ micrographic surgery which is a highly effective treatment for certain skin cancers in critical facial areas. In addition, he chairs the West Glasgow skin cancer multi-disciplinary team meeting and is on the west of Scotland managed cancer network panel for skin cancer.
