About
I graduated from St George’s Hospital Medical School in 1998 and, having enjoyed every speciality during my training, found it difficult to imagine letting any of them go. This ultimately led me to General Practice, where I have drawn on the breadth of medicine while developing a genuinely holistic approach to patient care.
Through my career, I have developed interests in dermatology, women's health, cardiovascular risk prevention and lifestyle medicine. I hold a Diploma in Reproductive and Sexual Health and an MSc with Distinction in Medical Ultrasound, and am a Fellow of both the Royal College of General Practitioners and the Faculty of Remote, Rural and Humanitarian Healthcare at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
I aim to combine strong clinical expertise with a warm, approachable and empathetic manner. I believe excellent care starts with understanding patients’ concerns and ensuring they feel heard, respected and involved in decisions about their health. I aim to create a consultation where patients feel comfortable discussing sensitive or complex concerns, with time and space to explore the bigger picture.
My goal is to provide thoughtful, thorough and personalised care, combining clinical excellence with compassion, clear communication and attention to detail.

Personal interests
In my spare time, I am a sports coach. I compete internationally in canoe marathon, compete in triathlon, and am currently venturing into the world of canine triathlon with my rescue dog, Enzo!
