About
Dr Logan is a Consultant in Pain Management and Anaesthetics here at Nuffield Health The Grosvenor Hospital, Chester. He also holds an NHS post as a Consultant in Pain Management at the Countess of Chester NHS Trust.
Dr Logan can arrange multidisciplinary pain management programs or any long term treatment program that may be more appropriate for patients with more complex chronic pain problems that may not respond to simple "monotherapies". He also uses other modes of pain relief such as TSE, PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic fields), PENS (percutaneous electrical nerve stimulation), and has access to facilities for pulsed radiofrequency treatments and the more interventional techniques such as spinal cord stimulation.
Dr Logan also carries out medico-legal reports and can arrange for refill and programming of implanted intrathecal implanted pumps (both for pain and spasticity), and programming of spinal cord stimulators.
