About
I am a Consultant Rheumatologist at St George’s University Hospital, specialising in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of rheumatological conditions, including inflammatory arthritis, psoriatic arthritis and spondyloarthritis. I help patients manage joint pain, stiffness and autoimmune conditions, with the aim of improving mobility and quality of life.
I see patients with a broad range of conditions, from common joint problems to more complex inflammatory diseases. I provide a comprehensive approach to care, including accurate diagnosis, medical management and long-term treatment planning tailored to each individual.
I have a particular interest in psoriatic arthritis and spondyloarthritis, using the latest treatments to control symptoms, reduce inflammation and prevent long-term joint damage. My approach focuses on early intervention and personalised care to achieve the best possible outcomes.
I trained in rheumatology and general internal medicine at leading London centres including University College Hospital and the Royal Free Hospital. I also completed an MD in rheumatology research at University College London, where I investigated the underlying causes of psoriatic arthritis, and I remain actively involved in clinical research and trials.
Alongside my clinical work, I am committed to teaching, training and improving patient care through quality improvement initiatives.
I work closely with patients to understand their symptoms, explain diagnoses clearly and guide them through treatment options, helping them feel confident in managing their condition.
