The Gym is open to everyone who works here at SSO Chandlers Ford.

This modern facility has over 50 stations and can accommodate all types of trainer from the occasional novice to a professional athlete. Our range of equipment enables a total body workout.

Combined with an initial Health MOT and a personalised programme from one of our team members, our state of the art Lifefitness equipment will help you to achieve the healthier lifestyle you deserve.
