When you join City Fitness & Wellbeing Centre in London you'll experience our unique 3-step gym plan which is expertly designed to help you succeed.
Your journey with us starts with our clinically approved 12-point Health MOT from which you'll obtain a 'health score'. You'll then undertake a personalised gym programme for 3 months before having a second Health MOT. If you have not maintained or improved your score you're free to leave with no obligation.
We're passionate about improving your health and wellbeing. We’ll even give you rewards worth at least £100, to redeem in gym, for improving your fitness.
With us you have access to a wide range of health specialists, including health mentors, wellbeing advisors, nutritionists, physiotherapists, personal trainers, and physiologists. It's our aim not just to help get you fit, but to keep you fit.
You can expect a host of gym exercise classes from Zumba to Pilates, Yoga to Karate, as well as some of the finest Squash courts in London.

A Nuffield Health Wellbeing Advisor will undertake our unique, clinically approved Health MOTs to accurately assess your initial overall wellbeing and track the improvements you make.
You will need to undertake x2 Health MOTs to qualify for our rewards scheme, although you are welcome to have additional MOTs if you desire.

Your Wellbeing Advisor will design a personalised exercise programme for you based on your health and fitness goals.

Monthly Meet Our Experts events are held in every centre so you can learn about various topics from Nuffield Health experts.

If you improve or maintain your Health MOT results, we will reward you with £100 worth of gifts.

We ensure we have a fair and honest contract for our members with no hidden costs or industry jargon.

Your Fitness Membership can be upgraded to a connections membership - meaning you have access to all 65 Nuffield Health Fitness & Wellbeing Centres* located across the UK. The cost of your membership will increase as a result.
*To use Nuffield Health City (London) Fitness & Wellbeing Centre it must be your nominated home centre.

If you do not want to commit to a 12 month gym contract, you have a 3 month membership option which you are free to leave after this term if you do not improve or maintain your health score.
Please note the Fitness Membership prices displayed on the individual Gym pages are based on a 12 month contract.

Nuffield HealthScore™ is our new online fitness and lifestyle tool which helps you live a fitter, healthier and happier life.
Nuffield HealthScore™ is free for all Fitness Members in this centre.

x4 Health Mentor Sessions
Your clinically trained Health Mentor will provide you with support and guidance throughout your Wellbeing Membership.
You will receive x2 Health MOTs to assess your initial overall wellbeing and track the improvements you make. You will also have two follow up sessions with your Health Mentor for added coaching and mentoring.

Your Health Mentor will advise you on which experts will be most beneficial for you to meet with, based on your overall wellbeing and goals - whether this is a physiologist, physiotherapist, nutritionist or personal trainer.

If you become injured during your 12 month Wellbeing Membership, we will give you an introductory consultation with a physiotherapist to help get you back to health as fast as possible.
