With me, it’s all about finding out what your body is capable of by challenging you in a way that's tailored to you. This will help build a healthy lifestyle that is both sustainable and enjoyable, that's what gets results. About me – I worked in law for three years before deciding to make the switch to fitness as I realised my calling was to help empower people through fitness.
