Our express classes are fast, intensive, efficient workouts, designed specially for those who are short of time, but who still enjoy the atmosphere of training in a group.

A short, dynamic and exciting class, designed to improve functional fitness, power and strength using weighed kettlebells.
A fun and exciting class using the ViPR training tool. Designed to foster purposeful motion and blend strength training with functional training and movement.
Suspension training with the original body weight training tool that builds strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. For people of all fitness levels. Taught as a small group class.
