Express class at Nuffield Health Fitness & Wellbeing CentreOur express classes are fast, intensive, efficient workouts, designed specially for those who are short of time, but who still enjoy the atmosphere of training in a group.

Examples of 'Express' classes include:

Express Abs

A short class dedicated to toning and strengthening the muscles in the abdominal and lower back area, for a firmer body and better posture.

Express Kettlebells

A short, dynamic and exciting class, designed to improve functional fitness, power and strength using weighed kettlebells.

Express ViPR™

A fun and exciting class using the ViPR training tool. Designed to foster purposeful motion and blend strength training with functional training and movement.

Express TRX™

Suspension training with the original body weight training tool that builds strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. For people of all fitness levels. Taught as a small group class.
