Each exercise class is run by one of our experienced instructors, and they're available to all our valued members to offer inspiration, encouragement and advice.
Body Combat
A high energy, structured workout that combines movements from martial arts, boxing and kick-boxing in an effective ''non-contact'' calorie burning workout that's also good for unleashing stress and frustration.
Body Attack
A high energy, structured, athletic fitness class which is a great way to get fit or get fitter. Simple routines involving running and jumping can challenge your fitness or be modified to suit your current abilities.
Step Aerobics
A lively, uplifting, structured step class combining fitness and fun in an effective cardiovascular workout that shapes the legs and backside too.
Cycle
A really effective, motivating calorie burning / cardiovascular workout on our indoor cycles that involves no routines or need for co-ordination.
