Whether you're a hesitant first-timer or simply want a change of routine, our extensive range of exercise classes offer something for everyone, regardless of age, ability or fitness level. Each exercise class is run by one of our experienced instructors and they're available to all members.

Muscular conditioning and toning

Classes that work on your muscles to improve fitness and appearance. These classes will also help to improve your body composition, blood glucose levels and athletic performance.

Tone-up with Body Pump (a structured weight workout), Legs, Bums & Tums (focused on muscular endurance), Circuits and Total Abs.
 

Aerobic fitness and calorie burning

Energetic workouts that raise your heart rate to burn calories and improve fitness.

Get buzzing with a high energy workout in Body Combat (based on martial arts movements), Body Attack (a combination of running and jumping exercises), Step Aerobics and Cycle classes.
 

Extend, relax and re-energise

Focus on developing good posture and muscular control through Aqua, Yoga, Pilates and Body Balance (a combination of Yoga, Pilates and Thai Chi). These classes are completed at a lower intensity, allowing you time to relax, de-stress and restore energy levels. 
 

Express classes

These are fast and efficient, often high intensity workouts, designed for those who are short of time.

Choose from a wide range of our Express classes including Express Abs, Express Circuit, Express Gym, Express Kettlebells, Express ViPR or Express TRX™. 
 

Themed classes

Add variety and interest with themed exercise classes like Dance, Martial Arts, Kickboxing and many junior classes.
