At Nuffield Health we take great pride in offering an exciting and varied class timetable in every one of our 65 Fitness & Wellbeing Centres.
Whether you are training for a marathon and require regular CXWorx™ classes, a grandmother and are looking for a weekly Yoga class, or a young mum who wants to do Pilates, we have the activities to meet your needs. You also have the option to select a suitable class level, (beginner, intermediate or advanced), so that you choose the right class with the right intensity for your age and ability.
We understand that your lives are very busy and time is precious, as a result we have a full programme of express classes from Kettlebells and ViPR™ to TRX® and circuits, which are short, sharp but intense workouts. We also know that you require your workouts at different times, that's why we offer classes early in the morning through to the evening, 7 days a week.
Keeping our class timetables fresh and exciting for our members
To keep our class programme fresh and to evolve with the ever taking needs of our members, we update our gym class timetables three times a year, (in January, May and September).
We were the first gym provider in the UK to introduce the new dance class craze Bokwa and are always on the look out to incorporate the latest exercise trends from around the world.
