Lisa Jordan
How can I help you improve your health?
Lisa is an experienced Senior Physiotherapist and has worked in a wide range of clinical settings since qualifying in 2013. Her interests include post-operative rehabilitation, biomechanics, clinical Pilates, myofascial release, work related disorders and injury prevention through specifically adapted exercise. She is passionate about the individuality of the human body and draws on a range of disciplines to tailor programmes of training or rehabilitation to each client to maximise their strength and health benefits.
Lisa was drawn to physiotherapy through her own journey through fitness training, nutrition, Yoga and Pilates to support her running and hiking, learning first to recover from injury, then to prevent it. Lisa integrates her first-hand knowledge of exercise and endurance within her physiotherapy, working to improve any muscle imbalances or flexibility constraints within individuals in order to enhance performance and reduce injury or overuse in the long-term.
Lisa is a keen runner, hiker and adventurer and has hiked extensively in the US, New Zealand and Europe as well as having explored the deserts and wilder areas of Australia, Namibia and Kenya.
