Every course of treatment starts with a 45-minute initial assessment to assess your symptoms, then recommend the right plan for you and begin treatment. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes. Your physiotherapist will advise how many appointments you will need but you can stop treatment at any time. *Treatment price does not include specialist pelvic health physiotherapy appointments.

We can offer expertise in upper limb and hand rehabilitation, pain management programmes and post-surgical recovery. Many of our therapists are also trained in Pilates, Acupuncture and Joint Manipulation, carrying out thorough biomechanical assessments to enhance and optimize function.

We have strong links with many orthopaedic consultants and have an excellent track record in the rehabilitation of upper and lower limb sports injuries. In addition we can offer pre and post natal treatment and advice as well as vertigo and balance rehabilitation with our vestibular specialist.

How can I help you improve your health?

Harry qualified with a BSc Honours in Physiotherapy from Salford University in 2007. Having previously played and coached professional football, Harry transitioned into becoming a team physiotherapist from 2002 whilst carrying out his studies.

Following his chartered status Harry headed up the medical department at two different Professional Football Clubs, overseeing and recruiting all medical staff from Strength & Conditioning, Sports Science, and Sports masseurs whilst liaising with elite Consultant and Doctors to allow full and complete rehabilitation of all the athletes.

Harry has been working full time over the past three years within the Health Club environment where he uses sound manual therapy techniques where appropriate, along with exercise based treatments, to treat not only a vast array of professional athletes, but also to the general public.
