Our self-guided online therapy programme aims to give you the tools to improve your emotional wellbeing in the long term, following the principles of cognitive behavioural therapy, with access to online resources for 12 months.

Emotional Wellbeing - What Can I get help with?What to expect


You will have access to online resources guiding you through 7 learning modules that can help you manage and improve your mental health using the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). You'll follow a structured programme over 8 to 10 weeks and are encouraged to interact with the programme regularly via to-do lists, activity scheduling and reminder SMS or emails. As with CBT the aim is that you end therapy with the tools and techniques to act as your own therapist and prevent re-occurance of your problem.
