What will happen at this event?

This event is for anyone who is considering gym membership and is also interesting in undergoing a free mini health MOT.  

We will have our Gym team on hand and our own Physiotherapist's to assist with any troubles you may have. 

Book a complimentary thirty minute mini health MOT with a member of our gym team and take the opportunity to gather information on what to consider if you're thinking about gym membership. 

There will be free parking available.

Yes, you are more than welcome to bring a friend or family member with you, but please let us know if you do. 

Will there be an opportunity to ask questions about the treatment?

Yes, you will have the opportunity to ask both clinical and non-clinical questions during the session.
