What will happen at this event?

Please note the event will be held at:
Nuffield Health East Kilbride Fitness & Wellbeing Club, Stroud Road, 4 The Boardwalk, East Kilbride, Glasgow, Lanarkshire G75 0YW

This event is for mums to be be and anyone who is suffering with woman's health issues including pelvic health, endometriosis, painful periods, menopause symptoms and would like to explore their options for treatment.

This does not replace a consultation but is a great opportunity to receive expert advice and to find out more.

The event will include a presentation from our woman's health physiotherapist Angela Parkinson and will explain different ways of dealing with your symptoms and the types of treatments that are available. Angela will also talk about the Mummy MOT programme which is designed for mums and mums to be which includes pelvic floor assessment, tummy check, c-section scar assessment and a personalised health programme.

The event includes light breakfast refreshments at the start of the session, and there is plenty of free on-site parking.
