How to prepare for your Pro Online health assessment
Step one: Complete Trium®, your online health risk assessment
Our sophisticated clinical ‘brain’, Trium® uses evidence-based clinical algorithms to tell you about your health. By answering a set of simple health questions, you’ll be able to understand your current health status and lifetime risk of non communicable diseases. Using your data you will receive a tailored digital report highlighting your risk of developing certain lifestyle illnesses, along with information on how to improve your overall health and wellbeing.
Step two: Choose your health modules
You are eligible to one physiologist module. Be ready to share your decision with your physiologist on the day of your health assessment.
Your selected physiologist module will help provide you with greater understanding of your chosen health area. Using expert coaching and advice, your physiologist will provide you with an achievable action plan to ensure you can make positive health changes.

Step three: Know what to expect on the day of your health assessment
Our most thorough online assessment includes consultations with both a physiologist and doctor to discuss any medical concerns. This assessment will provide you with a detailed understanding of your current health, and a supportive action plan to help you improve it.
You can carry out at home or in clinic blood testing to measure cholesterol profile and blood sugar control. In clinic testing provides more comprehensive blood test including age, gender specific health markers and urinalysis. Over 45s can also provide a stool sample for additional testing.

Focussed health outcomes
Using the data from Trium®, your health and wellbeing physiologist will recommend which lifestyle health module best supports your specific risks. Remember, this experience is about you, so you can still choose a different module at this point to suit your own health goals.
This health assessment includes module specific metrics, facilitating a targeted action plan, allowing you to track progress towards your goals throughout your journey.
Your doctor consultation will include a review of any blood result, your medical history and allow you to discuss any current health concerns, with your doctor able to provide onward referral where clinically appropriate.
Follow up coaching
Following your initial online assessment, your physiologist will support you with follow-up calls at week 3 and week 12.
Using expert coaching techniques and research backed advice, these supportive touch points will allow you to review your progress, reinforcing what has worked and examining what hasn’t, and tweak your action plan to keep you on track to achieve your goals.
These key touch points also allow the re-completion of Trium® and any module specific testing, including the cholesterol profile and blood sugar control if clinically indicated, providing you with clarity on how your actions have impacted your future health and wellbeing. These coaching calls are designed to focus on your lifestyle behaviours, and not on any of the medical health concerns discussed during the doctor consultation.
