Physiotherapy in Surbiton - How can it help you?

The aim of physiotherapy is to help restore movement and normal body function where the patient is injured, ill or recovering from surgery. It is commonly used in the treatment of muscle and joint conditions, such as back and lower limb pain, as well as more complex conditions including Women’s Health issues and post-operative rehabilitation.

Our physiotherapists at Surbiton gym take a holistic approach to treatment, looking at the body as a whole, and use a wide range of hands on techniques. They also offer lifestyle and exercise advice to try to minimise the risk of injury reoccurrence or further problems.
