As a studio instructor and spin teacher for over 30 years, I have found immense joy in helping others discover the benefits of physical activity and exercise. My recent qualifications as a Personal Trainer and Paddleboard instructor have expanded my skill set, allowing me to offer comprehensive support to clients seeking to transform their fitness routine and habits. One of my greatest passions is exploring new challenges and sports, such as HYROX, and I am always eager to share these experiences with my clients.

I specialise in building muscle, fat loss, stamina and endurance, boxing conditioning, striking and defence, as well as being a Mental Health first aider. So whether you’re looking to get into the best shape of your life, learn the basics and fundamentals of boxing, or are experienced in boxing and looking for more advanced boxing related workouts I am your PT.

I have helped tons of peoples overcome their gym fears, so if you are anxious or have worries about being in a gym environment, I can help you build your confidence, help you get a better understanding of the gym floor and equipment, helping you feel fulfilled and fully confident whenever you work out!

I specialise in helping professional women transform their excess body fat and weak muscle into a lean and toned body to look and feel younger.

I see the challenge which the busy woman faces, knowing that the female body can undergo many changes, so I decided to focus on helping women with their journey to self-improvement.  This requires knowledge and patience, but I do love watching each individual develop from being frustrated and unmotivated to becoming confident and comfortable in their own skin.

I possess an abundance of knowledge especially gained from my degree in Health, Applied Science & Nutrition, which enables me to provide all round assistance with health and fitness at a level most people are unaware of. Experience has taught me that the best way to share this information is to engage on a 1-to-1 basis with individual clients, teaching them how to improve their nutritional intake and build a healthy, strong body and mind.

Joint Pain Specialist

How can I help you improve your health?

I am the Joint Pain Specialist for Surbiton. I work with people with joint and muscular pain as well as complex conditions like heart disease and cancer. I run the Joint Pain Programme at Surbiton and the majority of my clients have osteoarthritis or a non-diagnosed pain or joint problem.

My work involves the restoration of more normal joint and body function. This means that training is focused on improving how we move and the control we have on the movement. By improving the quality and control of movement that we have, pain conditions can be managed or eliminated. Pain sufferers should be aware that there are fitness specialists who can help them improve their situation.
