‘My objective is to combine nutritional science with practical eating 
to help optimise individual health. My skill is translating the latest 
nutrition research into personalised, practical, and enjoyable eating in 
order to fit in with your lifestyle and optimise your health or to support 

your specific health concerns and fitness goals.’

Jessica’s approach to nutritional therapy and wellness encompasses the functional medicine model. By shifting the traditional disease-centred focus of medical practice to a more patient-centred approach. This model focuses on identifying problems with underlying body systems that may be contributing to signs and symptoms of ill-health and disease. after starting her career in Applied Biology and Biopharmaceutical Science she soon realised making pharmaceutical drugs was not the path she wanted to take to help people achieve optimal health. From there Jessica went on to study Nutritional Therapy from the College of Naturopathic Medicine and is now a member of the British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy as well as the Complementary and Natural Health Council. She has worked for many reputable companies in promoting health and wellbeing for corporate employees through the functional medicine approach by offerings talks and seminars.

The foods you eat can have a fundamental impact on how your body functions and feels. Nutritional Therapy applies the science behind food to promote health, performance and wellbeing.

Your registered Nutritional Therapist will use a wide range of tools to assess and identify potential nutritional imbalances and understand how these may contribute to your symptoms and health concerns. You will then receive a nutritional and lifestyle programme tailored specifically to you to help you achieve your health goals.

Nutritional Therapy is a complementary medicine and is relevant for individuals with chronic conditions, as well as those looking to support their health.
