Following Matt's Undergrad degree in Sports & Exercise Science at the University of Birmingham, he spent a year studying Sports Nutrition with the Guruperformance Insititute. From there he went on to work at a professional rugby club as a Performance Nutritionist for 2 seasons. It was here early on in his career where he started to apply his nutritional knowledge toolbox in a demanding setting, translating science into practice and working with different individuals who shared a common goal of elite performance.
This great start drove Matt's nutritional curiosity further and urged him to look into further study to develop nutritional practice working with regular people looking to apply nutritional lifestyle changes to everyday life. So he moved to London and undertook three years of study in Nutritional Therapy at the College of Naturopathic Medicine.
Throughout his career so far he has come to realise that health is an on-going journey for all of us. Some may only need a few tweaks and a little guidance, whereas others may need a much more tailored approach. That’s where he comes in - he can support you as little or as much as you like.
