How can I help you improve your health?

health by adjusting their food and lifestyle choices.  I’ll start
by understanding you and your needs and in return give you
clear, manageable steps to get more from your diet.”

What my Clients say:

“Mariam showed me how to get more from my diet by making some small  practical changes that we negotiated together.  My energy levels literally improved within a week”.

What is Nutritional Therapy?

The foods you eat can have a fundamental impact on how your body functions and feels. Nutritional Therapy applies the science behind food to promote health, performance and wellbeing.

Your registered Nutritional Therapist will use a wide range of tools to assess and identify potential nutritional imbalances and understand how these may contribute to your symptoms and health concerns. You will then receive a nutritional and lifestyle programme tailored specifically to you to help you achieve your health goals.

Nutritional Therapy is a complementary medicine and is relevant for individuals with chronic conditions, as well as those looking to support their health.
