She provides personalised comprehensive plan informed by the scientific research to support your advance towards positive vitality.  Sholeh utilises health coaching expertise to facilitate the all-important process of behavioural change and adopting new habits.

Sholeh was awarded a BSc (Hons) degree in Nutritional Therapy from University of Westminster and her practice and approach is informed and inspired by the functional medicine model of health. Sholeh is registered with Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council and is a member of British Association for Nutritional Therapy.
