Paul is an experienced Nutritional Therapist with 5 years practical experience and is a member of the British Association of Nutritional Therapists. After graduating from The College of Naturopathic Medicine he now promotes Healthy Nutrition as ‘ Food is Medicine ‘ through consultation with individuals. Whilst focusing upon most aspects of the whole person, specific areas of interest are that of weight control, stress reduction, digestive and mental health. He also imparts advice concerning diabetes, heart and bone health. 

Paul has previously worked for 10 years within the community alongside many wide and varied groups of people, the focus of which was the facilitation of workshops specific to promoting self - esteem enhancement and life skills. This valuable experience has allowed him to transfer his skills, to share his knowledge and guidance to all in respect of the importance of Optimum Nutrition for healthy living.
