How can I help you improve your health?

A lifetime love of nutrition, 3 years study and extensive clinic time has given Sally the expertise to help clients optimise their diets and maximise their health.

Our health and wellbeing is determined by our diet, lifestyle and environment. These 3 factors make the difference between health and disease. Sally works with clients to identify nutritional imbalances and lifestyle habits that are negatively impacting their health and helps them to optimise their diet and help them regain balance.

Nutrition is very individual, everyone functions differently and responds to food differently, no one body is the same as another. Sally’s goal is to work with clients to identify their individual needs and adapt their diet to support their personal health and wellbeing goals. Whether their goals are to simply optimise their diet, lose weight, maximise athletic performance or to manage symptoms of chronic disease.

What my Clients say:

I found my session with Sally very informative and interesting. She was very knowledgeable and agreed with me some actions around weight management, reducing inflammation and cholesterol, tackling irritable bowel syndrome and helping to ensure a good night’s sleep. I've received a wealth of useful information and recipes to try. If you are interested in staying healthy through good nutrition it is well worth making an appointment. (Catherine Seal, Shipley)

What is Nutritional Therapy?

The foods you eat can have a fundamental impact on how your body functions and feels. Nutritional Therapy applies the science behind food to promote health, performance and wellbeing.

Your registered Nutritional Therapist will use a wide range of tools to assess and identify potential nutritional imbalances and understand how these may contribute to your symptoms and health concerns. You will then receive a nutritional and lifestyle programme tailored specifically to you to help you achieve your health goals.

Nutritional Therapy is a complementary medicine and is relevant for individuals with chronic conditions, as well as those looking to support their health.
