Our health and wellbeing is determined by our diet, lifestyle and environment. These 3 factors make the difference between health and disease. Sally works with clients to identify nutritional imbalances and lifestyle habits that are negatively impacting their health and helps them to optimise their diet and help them regain balance.
Nutrition is very individual, everyone functions differently and responds to food differently, no one body is the same as another. Sally’s goal is to work with clients to identify their individual needs and adapt their diet to support their personal health and wellbeing goals. Whether their goals are to simply optimise their diet, lose weight, maximise athletic performance or to manage symptoms of chronic disease.
