How can I help you improve your health?

I have a first class honours degree in Nutritional Science.
I am passionate about the healing power of food and inspire those around me with my enthusiasm towards healthy living.
I work with many clients who have cancer and gut related health issues.
I feel strongly that our health is not entirely predetermined but that the key to how we look and feel
and our overall wellbeing, is the food we eat and the lifestyles we lead.

What is Nutritional Therapy?

The foods you eat can have a fundamental impact on how your body functions and feels. Nutritional Therapy applies the science behind food to promote health, performance and wellbeing.

Your registered Nutritional Therapist will use a wide range of tools to assess and identify potential nutritional imbalances and understand how these may contribute to your symptoms and health concerns. You will then receive a nutritional and lifestyle programme tailored specifically to you to help you achieve your health goals.

Nutritional Therapy is a complementary medicine and is relevant for individuals with chronic conditions, as well as those looking to support their health.
