Julia is a Level 4 Back Pain Specialist and also a GP Referral qualified advanced Personal Trainer, helping people with conditions such as Sciatica and associated Neuropathy, Arthritis, Osteopenia/Osteoporosis, Partial and Full Joint Replacements, Knee Pain, Shoulder problems, Diabetes, Obesity and Asthma. Having had major back surgery herself and losing over five stone, Julia is passionate about helping people improve their strength, health and fitness levels and losing weight.

She will work with you via 121 coaching, individual programming plus providing a barrel load of motivation alongside a kind and fun approach to help you get healthier and fitter whilst enjoying every session.

Hi, I’m Libby and I’m a Wellbeing Personal Trainer here at Nuffield Health Crawley Central. I have years of experience participating in long distance running, triathlon events and strength training. 

I became a personal trainer because I want to share how exercise can be enjoyable; something that you look forward to doing everyday. I am passionate about working with my clients to build confidence in and outside of the gym environment and to empower them to achieve their fitness goals, whatever they may be.
