Julia is a Back Pain Specialist and also a GP Referral qualified advanced Personal Trainer, helping people with Arthritis, Osteopenia/Osteoporosis, Partial and Full Joint Replacements, Diabetes, Obesity and Asthma. Having had major back surgery herself and losing over 5 stone, Julia is passionate about helping people improve their strength, health and fitness levels and losing weight. She will work with you via 121 coaching, individual programming plus providing a barrel load of motivation alongside a kind and fun approach to help you get healthier and fitter whilst enjoying every session.
