Julia is a Level 4 Back Pain Specialist and also a GP Referral qualified advanced Personal Trainer, helping people with conditions such as Sciatica and associated Neuropathy, Arthritis, Osteopenia/Osteoporosis, Partial and Full Joint Replacements, Knee Pain, Shoulder problems, Diabetes, Obesity and Asthma. Having had major back surgery herself and losing over five stone, Julia is passionate about helping people improve their strength, health and fitness levels and losing weight.
She will work with you via 121 coaching, individual programming plus providing a barrel load of motivation alongside a kind and fun approach to help you get healthier and fitter whilst enjoying every session.
