Michaela can help clients with fat loss, building confidence and making positive lifestyle changes through training, nutrition and mindset support. She loves to help clients feel fitter, stronger and more confident in themselves to improve their mental and physical wellbeing, with a strong focus on overall wellness.

Michaela has a lot of personal experience to bring to clients, having lost over 8 stone in weight, going from a size 24 to a size 12, which she feels helps her to understand how clients may feel and the training and nutrition struggles they may face.

How can I help you improve your health?

I really enjoy helping people become more confident in themselves through gaining size and strength or losing weight and becoming healthier day to day, due to my passion for fitness, I decided to become a Personal Trainer. 

I have gained 37kg, going from 68kg to 105kg in 2 and a half years through my love of studying nutrition, the anatomy of the body, as well as learning how the body responds to all types of training techniques that we can apply to you.

With a 10 year background in trampolining and gymnastics, I also understand the importance of incorporating mobility, flexibility, body conditioning and cardiovascular health to co-exist along with your training routine in the gym.

Sheila has prepared a client for a charity cycling trip around India, helped a client lose 8 stone and run his first marathon and trained a paralympic sprinter and took 5 clients on the THREE PEAKS 24 hour challenge. Hi everyone, my name is Cameron. I’m very excited to be a Wellbeing Personal Trainer here in Nuffield Health. For me, a healthy lifestyle is much more than lifting weights or running miles upon miles. It takes motivation, determination and consistency to succeed. You will face hurdles along the way but when you look back on where you started you will see yourself in a different light. I care deeply about my clients and seeing them transform into a happier, stronger and more confident person is an incredibly rewarding feeling.

Using my degree in sport psychology, which is grounded in sport and exercise science, I can design specific, detailed training plans which are ideal for your body. I don’t just tell you how to perform each exercise, I explain why, so that you get the clearest picture of how you are transforming yourself into the person you want to be.

Whether you’re new to the gym, need that extra push, or looking to progress exercises you thought you’d mastered, I’m here to be your personal guide on every step of your fitness journey, all you have to do is take that first step.
