Sheila has 25 years experience of Personal Training. Sheila is still very enthusiastic and committed in helping her clients reach their goals. Sheila has prepared a client for a charity cycling trip around India, Helped a client loose 8 stone and run his first manrathon and trained a paralympic sprinter and took 5 clients on the THREE PEAKS 24 hour challenge.
