I am an extremely motivated individual and strongly believe in practicing what I preach! I am constantly building on my repertoire of training knowledge and nutrition to provide my clients with the best possible service available. After all, your results are my success!

How can I help you improve your health?

I believe in utilising the core elements of exercise physiology, muscular strength endurance, cardiovascular conditioning, mobility and flexibility, incorporating functional exercises and developing all round athleticism.

Having trained multiple clients I have found this to be a winning formula that aligns with the majority of individual goals and objectives.

Being a person of a reasonable fitness level already, my brief when we first started training was to maintain as well as improve my fitness, and to not chat the whole way through the session. To help you make a significant body change, we have to keep you consistent. My approach is to have you training as hard as possible while keeping you injury free. My emphasis on mobility and correct technique will enable you to reach your goals in the fastest and safest manner possible. Consistency is king.

Most of my working life has been in the fitness industry, with 10 of those years at The Canary Wharf Health Club, I look forward to passing on the knowledge and experience gained from this to all new clients.

How can I help you improve your health?

Trained and experienced in the areas of Core Conditioning, Endurance, Strength, Mobility and Flexibility, Nutrition, Metabolic Conditioning, Injury Prevention and Recovery. 

I have a background in sports and ballet that gives me an understanding of the various ways our bodies can move. I use different approaches to training, but hands down, my favourite is High-Intensity Training in all its forms. Come get sweaty with me! I have the eyes of a hawk when it comes to technique, if we work together, yours will be flawless! I like to keep it fresh and fun, so no two sessions with me will be the same.

We will have a laugh, but we will also be pushing the limits and getting you to your fittest!

With more than 35 years of experience within the fitness industry, I am well placed to assist with most clients’ needs. As a sports physiologist/psychologist graduate I have the technical expertise that you need to achieve your goals. With a sports CV including professional rugby and karate I am driven by success: beginner to elite, rehabilitation to pregnancy, no challenge is too great.
