I believe in utilising the core elements of exercise physiology, muscular strength endurance, cardiovascular conditioning, mobility and flexibility, incorporating functional exercises and developing all round athleticism.

Being a person of a reasonable fitness level already, my brief when we first started training was to maintain as well as improve my fitness, and to not chat the whole way through the session. As a sports physiologist/psychologist graduate I have the technical expertise that you need to achieve your goals. With a sports CV including professional rugby and karate I am driven by success: beginner to elite, rehabilitation to pregnancy, no challenge is too great.
