With more than 35 years of experience within the fitness industry, I am well placed to assist with most clients’ needs. As a sports physiologist/psychologist graduate I have the technical expertise that you need to achieve your goals. With a sports C.V including professional rugby and karate I am driven by success: beginner to elite, rehabilitation to pregnancy, no challenge is too great.

The fundamental problem I see with training nowadays is accumulative damage. Improper technique, incorrect posture, will ultimately create long term damage.
