How can I help you improve your health?

Paula strongly believes that developing an understanding of health and nutrition enables clients to make informed choices, maximising their health and enabling them to feel back in the driving seat of their own wellbeing.

Paula has been a qualified Nutritional Therapist for 8 years graduating from the UK College of Nutrition and Health (BCNH) with distinction. Following her graduation she joined the clinical Tutor team at BCNH supporting the learning of BSc honours students in clinical practice. Paula then went on to become Clinic Director at Good Health Nutrition (GHN), the specialist nutritional therapy teaching clinic in association with BCNH. Paula thoroughly enjoys working with adults and children.

Paula focuses on realistic, achievable, diet and lifestyle changes, offering an approach that is both supportive and inspiring, whilst underpinned by a high level of clinical and professional skill.

Having overcome her own health challenges Paula is thrilled to have finally returned to the dance studio where you will find her teaching ballet and tap.
