What is Small Group Training?

Our Small Group Training (SGT) classes are unique 30-minute training experiences designed by Nuffield Health, utilising our gym zones and equipment. More personal than a group class but still offering the support of being part of a team.

Challenge yourself with our SGT classes designed to help you get the most out of our state-of-the-art equipment:
HIIT - This is a fun fitness-inspired class built around High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) principles. You will experience 4 rounds of 4-minute blocks to keep you hitting your fitness goals.
EDGE - This class will improve your technique to gain a competitive edge, by exploring longer durations of 6 to 9-minute training blocks within your specific gym zone.
