We're located just off the A38 at the parkway turnoff, making this gym ideal for people who commute along the M5 or the A38 and anybody living in Rubery, Rednal or Longbridge.

Opening times: Monday-Thursday: 06:30–22:00;
Friday: 06:30–21:00;
Weekends: 08:00–20:00;
Off peak hours: Weekdays: 09:00-17:00, Weekends: 08:00-20:00;
Bank Holiday hours: 08:00–20:00

Please note, facilities will begin to shut 30 minutes before stated closing time.
