How can I help you improve your health?

“Nutrition is one way that people can have a positive impact on their life. Nutritional Therapy enables individuals to maximise their health potential through personalised diet and lifestyle recommendations. Helping people to understand how they can approach their health concerns through simple dietary changes is the best part of my job and the results can be so rewarding for them...and for me!”

Jackie graduated from Thames Valley University in 2009 with a BSc in Nutritional Medicine. Following graduation she has been involved with many 'Healthy Eating' projects, alongside one-to-one consultations, highlighting and supporting clients to appreciate and understand how nutritional and lifestyle imbalances can contribute to chronic disease and poor wellbeing. Jackie is registered with Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and is a member of British Association for Nutritional and Lifestyle Therapy (BANT)

What is Nutritional Therapy?

The foods you eat can have a fundamental impact on how your body functions and feels. Nutritional Therapy applies the science behind food to promote health, performance and wellbeing.

Your registered Nutritional Therapist will use a wide range of tools to assess and identify potential nutritional imbalances and understand how these may contribute to your symptoms and health concerns. You will then receive a nutritional and lifestyle programme tailored specifically to you to help you achieve your health goals.

Nutritional Therapy is a complementary medicine and is relevant for individuals with chronic conditions, as well as those looking to support their health.
